KCK advisory committee holds meeting

Kohima College Kohima (KCK) advisory committee held a meeting on July 27 to to discuss various issues pertaining to the upcoming golden jubilee of the college scheduled to be held on August 9 and NAAC Peer Team visit for its 2nd session of assessment and accreditation.
The meeting resolved to change the nomenclature of advisory board to advisory committee in conformation to the directives of the Nagaland University and the Department of Higher Education, Government of Nagaland.
Meanwhile, KCK principal Dr. Watijungshi, presented a report of the academic and administrative aspects of the college. He also highlighted the completed and ongoing infrastructural works of the college.
Kohima College Kohima vice principal, Thinuokhrienuo, briefed on the academic activities of the college and on the preparation of the upcoming golden jubilee celebration while IQAC Co-ordinator Moanungla Kevichüsa, gave a report of the preparation for the upcoming National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) PEER Team visit.  The meeting was chaired by the chairman of the committee, Kevisiezolie Suohu who also offered valuable advises on a number of issues.
