KDBA’s inter-school basketball tourney from Oct 1

DIMAPUR, SEP 4 (NPN): The Kohima District Basketball Association (KDBA) will organise the second edition of the Kohima District Inter-School Basketball Tournament from October 1 to 3 at 13 Assam Rifles, D. Block, Kohima.
The three-day tournament is open to schools across Kohima district, with separate categories for boys’ and girls’ teams. The organisers have announced a total prize pool of Rs. 1.20 lakh, covering cash prizes and citations for both team and individual categories.

The entry fee has been fixed at Rs. 3,000 per team.
The KDBA has invited schools across the district to participate in the tournament and contribute to the promotion of basketball among young players.
