Kiphire District Sumi Students’ Union (KDSSU) while appreciating the initiatives taken by staffs of Public Health Centre (PHC), Sitimi town, has also appealed to the public of the area to cooperate with the department to carry out their service.
In a release KDSSU president Yashika Achumi urged all officers and employees of other departments at Sitimi town to be stationed in their postings in order to expedite the responsibilities and duties as it was found that most of the officers were absent in their headquarters.
The union regretted that development of the area was hampered due to the closure of most of the office and further warned that it would take “its own course of action” if the absentee tradition was not changed.
