Social activists and academician Kekhrie Yhome filed his nomination on Wednesday for 10-Northern Angami-I bye-election as an Independent candidate with Neitsu Khezhie as his stand by candidate. Speaking to media persons after filing his nomination, Yhome said he wanted to spread the gospel of the youth since everyone was looking for change. Yhome said he intended to prove the directives of the Election Commission, the Church and what common people wanted– “Clean Election”. Yhome was accompanied by his friends, supporters, elders and well wishers. (Correspondent)
