Kevisa Kense, former commissioner & secretary for Rural Development, was sworn in as the Chief Information Commissioner, Nagaland on Saturday.
Nagaland chief secretary, Dr. J. Alam, IAS administered the ‘oath of secrecy’ to Kense at a function held at the Conference Hall of Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima.
