Kezo clan Kikrüma celebrates golden jubilee

Kezo clan, Kikrüma celebrated its “golden jubilee” (50th session) under the theme, “Ebenezer, Thus far the Lord has helped us” on January 5 at proposed site for Kezonumi Phüba.

In a press release, Kezo clan, chairman, Vepatso Kezo stated that Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) general secretary Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho invoked God’s blessing and unveiled the golden jubilee monolith along with “one monolith as foundation and the other one as the historical”. 
The programme was chaired by chairman of jubilee organizing committee, Avolie Kezo, Rev. Dzüthohü Kezo read the Bible passage and pronounced a prayer, greetings by Kikrüma Village Council chairman Thipuzhoyo Thira, Ariyo Kezo and children presented a melodious song. 
President of Kezonumi & Allied Clans in Chakhesang Area, Povotso Lohe exhorted the gathering while a brief history of Kezonu Clan Kikrüma was presented by Vepatso Kezo, chairman of Kezonumi Clan, Kikrüma. Kezo clan and the allied clans from different regions took part in the celebration.
