KGBUAC lauds GoI

Kuki GB Union Ahthibung Circle (KGBUAC) has welcomed and expressed contentment with the government of India for “taking on board the working committee of the six Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs) for final settlement of Indo-Naga political issue.”
In a press note, KGBUAC chairman, Thanghen Sitlhou, and vice chairman, Satsei Thangeo, said that the Naga political movement began in the year 1929 and the “forerunners of the struggle for self determination toiled with years for our today.” After a lapse of nearly 80 years now, the union said the GoI invited “all stakeholders in the negotiating table”, adding it would surely bear “tangible results.”
Further, the union appreciated the positive move taken by government of India to solve the vexed Naga political issue through its interlocutor RN Ravi.
