Khagre likely to visit Nagaland in October

All India Congress Committee president and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge is likely to visit Nagaland in October to address the party’s rally.
According to sources, Kharge is expected to attend a rally in Kohima during the first week on October.
Meanwhile, Kharge is also set to visit Meghalaya in October as part of the party’s efforts to revive Congress in the hill state where the grand old party presently has zero representation in the Meghalaya Assembly, the first ever setback since 1972.
The state Congress is currently undergoing a restructuring process, with deliberations underway in Delhi to chart out the party’s future course.
