DIMAPUR: Advisor for CAWD, Kudecho Khamo, convened a coordination meeting of all departments under Chozuba Sub Division at Vamuzo Memorial Town Hall, Chozuba, Phek, on September 9, 2026.
According to DIPR report, Khamo encouraged officers posted in the sub division to foster mutual understanding and cooperation. Assuring full support of the district administration, he urged the public to seek advice and guidance from the administration.
Recalling chief minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio’s compliment during the Phek district jubilee, where Rio described Phek as the most progressive district in the state, Khamo challenged officers to retrospect on their contributions and utilise maximum departmental resources for the upliftment of the district. Stressing that change begins with individuals, he urged officers to be sincere in their responsibilities and leave positive footprints during their tenure.
Heads of offices presented brief reports on departmental activities. Dr. L. Pucho, Sr. Medical Officer, CHC Chozuba, informed that kidney and liver test facilities are available at the hospital at minimal charges, and appealed to the public to avail government medical schemes. The Branch Manager, SBI, also addressed the meeting.
Earlier, Additional Deputy Commissioner Zapuno Khatso, gave a brief introduction, while EAC Nengpichong Singsit chaired the meeting. The session concluded with remarks from Khamo.
