Khonoma Women Union condemns murder

Khonoma Women Union (KWU) has vehemently condemned the brutal murder of Pezano Mor of Khonoma village by unidentified person(s) and whose body was recovered on March 28 from a water tank near British Bungalow at the outskirts of the village. Condemning the act, KWU president, Lorheno Mor and secretary, Prükieü Pier, stated that the heinous murder of a hapless woman was unimaginable and had no place in Naga society. 
The union, while stating that such an act should be condemned by all right thinking citizens, has appealed to the concerned authority to find the murderer(s) and punish the guilty according to the law of the land.
