Kiphire District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) has informed all departments in the district to submit documents of the work-charged employees who were left out during the conduct of verification within two days for onward submission to the Commission.
The EAC (Sadar) informed the board members that draft report on casual/ work charged employees verification by the DLVC is ready for submission to the work charge casual employee commission. Informing that some department are yet to submit the require document, he has asked them to comply with the directive stating that the committee would not be held responsible for action to be taken by the government basing on the report of DLVC against the defaulters.
The EAC (Sadar) said this in the monthly DPDB meeting on January 14 in the DC’s conference hall, Kiphire, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner & vice chairman DPDB, Kiphire, A Chumremo Odyuo.
Issue on opening of new Government Primary School for newly recognised village discussed in December 2014 meeting was decided to take up in the next meeting. In this connection, the DEO was asked to prepare necessary document for presentation. The Board also chalked out the Republic Day programme.
