Minister for Social Welfare, Kiyaneilie Peseyie on Wednesday inspected the Anganwadi Training Centre, Diphupar village, Store of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Social Welfare office, Diphupar, Nutrition store, Purana bazaar and the under construction of vocational training centre for disabled persons cum blind school at Aoyimti, Dimapur.
During the inspections, Kiyaneilie stated that the Anganwadi training centre dormitory, kitchen and toilet needed improvement and renovation. He also said that ICDS materials left over (laying in the store) should be distributed to all district CDPOs..
Minister was accompanied by secretary to social welfare, Dellirose.M. Sakhrie, director, T.Merangtsungba.Aier and officials of social welfare Kohima and Dimapur.
