Returning Officer and Commissioner Nagaland, M Patton, has issued a show cause notice on INC Candidate, KL Chishi, for violating the Model Code of Conduct under the provision relating to ‘Corrupt Practices’ and ‘Electoral Offences’. In this regard, the candidate/violator has been asked to reply within 48 hours from the date of issue of the show cause notice.
