Kohima police manning Khuzama inter-state check gate during routine checking detected a white coloured bolero camper with a forged registration number (AS-12H-5618) on November 17.
In this connection, the driver of the vehicle identified as H.W. Achem (36) son of Machihan was arrested for using forged registration number, PRO Kohima police said.
PRO said registration number was allotted to motorcycle as confirmed from the transport Vahan database. A case has been registered at Khuzama for further investigation.
