Kohima police Wednesday informed that the stretch from High School junction to Assembly Secretariat via Sanuoru subway would be open for light vehicles (for down traffic only) from 9am to 2pm. According to Kohima police PRO, the new traffic regulation has enforced to facilitate smooth flow of vehicular traffic in Kohima town. PRO said that no heavy and medium vehicles would be allowed to ply on that stretch. Further, all up going vehicles would continue to take Billy Graham road during the above referred time period, PRO stated.
