KMC informs public, business establishments

In continuation of the office notification dated March 25, 2022, Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) administrator T. Lanusenla Longkumer has informed the general public of Kohima district that KMC staff have been detailed for trade licence checking from first week of June.
In a circular, Kohima Municipal Council administrator requested the public and business community to cooperate with the officials who will be in uniform and with ID card.
Traders and shopkeepers have also been requested to insist on identity cards of Kohima Municipal Council officials who come to their establishments/shops for checking, in order “to avoid impersonation of Kohima Municipal Council officials by unscrupulous individuals who dupe the business community.”
