Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has directed all the concerned business establishments within its jurisdictions to renew their trade license for 2025-2026 on or before April 30, 2025.
In a press release KMC Chief Executive Officer T. Lanusenla Longkumer informed that intensive trade license checks will be conducted from May 1, 2025, and defaulters will face a penalty of Rs 2000, along with other normal late fines as applicable.
Meanwhile, all concerned parties have been asked to provide a duly registered declaration for any change of ownership in their Trade License.
