Taking notice of many shopping arcades and complexes being devoid of toilet facilities for customers, Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has directed all shopping arcades and complexes within Kohima town to provide toilet facilities within their respective complexes.
Kohima Municipal Council has also informed all traders and shopkeepers within Kohima that the National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Control Programme (NIDDCP), under the directorate of health and family welfare, is observing Global IDD prevention day on October 23, 11:30 am under the theme “Iodised salt, traders responsibilities” at LCS building conclave conference hall near Ao Baptist church Kohima.
In this regard, Kohima Municipal Council has requested all concerned to attend the program.
