Kuthur Village Citizen Union (KMK), in a press release by KMK president, R. Mukam Yim, stated that the citizen union, including the village council and students’ union, strongly condemn the alleged threat on the life of YTC president, S. Throngso by Mokhe, “finance member of Khongo- led NSCN (K).” It stated that while the people were yearning for peace and a solution, such “anti-social activities will not be tolerated.” It further urged the higher ups of the organization to take necessary action and maintain discipline among its cadres.
