Kohima city bus services to remain suspended on Jan 24

The City Bus Owners Union Kohima (CBOUK) has informed the general public that all city bus services in Kohima will remain suspended on January 24, 2026, on account of Union’s annual meeting-cum-picnic. A press release by CBOUK stated that the suspension will be in effect for one day only, with regular services resuming on the following day. Commuters are requested to make alternative travel arrangements during this period. The union also stated that it sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused and extended its appreciation to the public for their understanding and cooperation.
