Kohima College celebrated its first Winter Fest on October 25, under the theme “Winter Rhapsody”. The event was jointly organised by the Kohima College Students’ Council (KCSC) and the Student Welfare Committee, with sponsorship from Keystone Coaching Institute and NAGA HILLS Coffee.
The highlight of the celebration was the “Winter Rhapsody” segment, where both students and alumni of Kohima College showcased their talents through captivating music, dance, and art performances.
Adding star power to the event were popular Naga personalities, rapper Moko Koza, comedian Hopong Naga, and the Wokha-based rock band “About Us.” Their performances drew enthusiastic cheers, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of excitement and unity.
Hosted by professional emcee and former Miss Nagaland 2022, Hikali Achumi, the fest began with a welcome address by Kohima College, principal, Dr. Vitsosie Vupru. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Yukhase Jingru, student representative of the KCSC.
