Kohima College organises capacity building programme

A capacity building programme on “building workplace culture” was organised by IQAC Kohima College, Kohima (KCK) on September 10 the non-teaching staff of Kohima College.

A press release by KCK stated that guest speaker, director Life Ministries, Colo Mero stressed on the importance of teamwork and developing respect among the associates at the workplace to promote healthy work-culture and environment. 

He urged the employees to work in line with the vision of their department/organisation, and to fulfil daily responsibilities with sincerity and honesty adding that developing such an attitude would help them achieve job satisfaction.

The programme was chaired by member, IQAC, KCK and head of department of sociology, Dr. Kekhrieseno Christina and the vote of thanks was delivered by KCK vice principal, Keneilesa Neikha.
