Kohima Pickleball Classic 2026 concludes

The Kohima Pickleball Classic Tournament 2026, powered by Ahibi Sports, concluded with great success on March 22 at the Heritage Pickleball Arena, Old DC Bungalow, Officers Hill, Kohima. Held over two days (March 21–22), the event showcased the growing popularity of pickleball in Nagaland, drawing more than 80 participants across multiple categories.
The tournament featured competitive matches in Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Team Event, and Veterans Doubles (Challengers). With a prize pool of Rs. 1,00,000, athletes demonstrated skill, teamwork and sportsmanship, making the event one of the most energetic pickleball gatherings in the region.
Participation included, Mixed Doubles – 22 Teams, Men’s Doubles – 20 Teams, Women’s Doubles – 8 Teams, Team Event – 8 Teams, and Veterans Doubles (Challengers) – 8 Teams.

Men’s Doubles: Winners – Tonoto Ayemi & David Murry; Runners-up – Imsurem Longchar & Nzamo Kikon
Team Event: Winners – The Home Court; Runners-up – The Rally Social Club
Veterans Doubles (Challengers): Winners – Abu Metha & Vikhozolie Khate; Runners-up – Rohan Abraham & Lhouvi Punyu.
The successful conclusion of the Kohima Pickleball Classic marks another milestone in promoting the sport across the state. The enthusiastic participation, competitive spirit and strong community support highlight pickleball’s rapid growth and potential in Nagaland.
