Kohima police issue new traffic regulation

Kohima Police has introduced new traffic regulation with effect from Tuesday during working days till further order.
In a press release, Sub-Divisional Police Officer & PRO Atu Zumvü said from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., there would be only one way traffic from Nagaland Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) junction to Census point.
From 3 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., there would be only one way traffic from Census point to Nagaland Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) junction.
The owners and drivers of heavy vehicles have been reminded that, movements of heavy vehicles in Kohima town have been restricted from morning 8.00 a.m. to evening 4.00 p.m. during winter. Violators will be penalized as per Motor Vehicle Act, said the release.
