Based on specific information from “reliable source”, combine team of District Intelligence Branch (DIB) and Mobile Unit of DEF Kohima intercepted one Mahindra Scorpio (NL-01/C-3814) on Tuesday around 6:30 a.m. and seized 50 cases of assorted Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL).
According to Kohima police PRO, in this connection, three persons namely Satish Singh (25) son of Shankar Singh of Hazirpur (Bihar), Safdar Ali (43) son of Bande Hussain of Shiwan (Bihar) and a minor were taken into police custody and a regular case under NLTP Act has been registered against them for conducting further investigation.
