Kohima, including most parts of Nagaland continue to experience near freezing temperature. As per weather station report provided by Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Kohima recorded 3ºC low around 4 a.m. Monday.
In Dimapur, the night temperature on Monday dipped to 9 ºC low. During day time, in Kohima the temperature was recorded at 12 ºC high; while in Dimapur it recorded around 18 ºC. One of the NSDMA officials informed this Correspondent, that as per NSDMA weather station forecast, the weather pattern was likely to remain the same for the whole week.
Meanwhile, in Dimapur, a mist blanketed most parts of the city during the night. During day, partly overcast skies continue to add to the chill.
