Konyak Union condemns grenade attack

Konyak Union (KU) has condemned the alleged grenade attack on Assam Rifles JCB by at Chen Loisho village on August 12. 

KU termed as “unfortunate” that one innocent civilian, who was returning home from the jhum field, was injured in the attack. At a time when “all humans were striving for peace and tranquility,” KU said that “such cowardly act and inhuman behavior would not be tolerated nor entertained.” KU affirmed the Konyak declaration and resolution dated April 15, 2021 and reaffirmation that “No Blood in Konyak Soil”.
