KSC fetes successful trainees

Kudatech Skill Ccentre (KSC) has held its certificate distribution programme on February 14 in its premises, Walford, Dimapur, with P Tokugha Yeptho, General Manager of District Industries Centre (DIC) as the chief guest.
The chief guest has lauded Kudatech Skill Centre for taking the lead role in offering entrepreneurship skill development courses for the unemployed youth. He said Nagaland can boost her economy at par with other developed state by providing training to the unemployed youth in the field of skill development.
He has congratulated all successful trainees and encouraged them to be sincere in their endeavours. He has advised them not to remain idle after the training but come out with innovative ideas and set benchmark for others to follow. The chief guest also gave away certificates to the successful trainees under various sectors.
Deputy Manager of Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC), Temjen Jamir, has encouraged the trainees to work hard and be self reliant. He said lack of self awareness and skills among the youth would lead to unemployment in the society. He called upon the youth to come and join the productive workforce for economic development, adding that government would be willing to help innovative entrepreneurs to start their own enterprise.
In a keynote address, Er. Petehetuo, Advisor of Kudatech Skill Centre, called upon the youth to put more voluntary services for the development of the society. He also advised the successful trainees to be job providers rather than job seekers.
The programme was chaired by Zeluosielie Kehie, Principal KSC, while the invocation was pronounced by Purla Yeptho, women in-charge of Rengma Prayer Fellowship, Walford, Dimapur. The vote of thanks was delivered by Diezevilie Nguzhu. Altogether 60 persons have attended the programme.
Kudatech Skill Centre was established in 2009 under Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. The Centre has conducted various skill development and professional trainings to the unemployed youth as well as to school and college going students.
