Kohima Town Christian Revival (KTCR), women department celebrated its silver jubilee under the theme “Thus far the Lord has helped us” at Christian Revival Church, AG road Kohima on Sunday.
A press release issued by KTCR press & media stated that the main speakers of the celebration include pastor CRC Merhülietsa, Vizolie Zhale and associate pastor CRC, High School area, Kekhrievoü Yhome.
During the Sunday morning service, pastor Vizolie Zhale delivered the jubilee message on the topic, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” He spoke from the book (1 Samuel 7:12). In the evening service, Kekhrievoü Yhome, delivered the message on the topic, “March on, my soul; be strong” from the book of (Judges 5:21).
Jubilee Sunday morning service was led by Keneisanuo Yiese; Basanguü Yashü offered invocation; pastor CRC AG Road, Rüduozhü Yashü extended greetings and delivered a welcome address; Yipeni Üsou read the Bible verse on the theme; offertory prayer was offered by chairperson CRC Bayavü Thezelhoutuonuo Khana; and the presentation was led by Vakrale Naleo.
A special song was presented by the CRC Central, Women Department and CRC Tsiepfütsiepfhe Women Department and the Jubilee Choir during Sunday morning service. Later, in the evening service, CRC Merhülietsa Women Department, women office bearers and Jubilee Choir also presented a special song.
Evening programme was chaired by Krulieü Theünuo; invocation prayer by chairperson CRC AG Road Keviechü-ü Koza; Medolenuo Semou and Medoviü Pielie read the scripture from Old and New Testament respectively; offertory prayer was offered by chairperson CRC Central, Neinguzoü Sokha, and thanksgiving words was delivered by Mengulhouü Nakhro.
Earlier, the jubilee monolith was unveiled by chairman KTCRC sub-council, Rev. Dr. Acalie Miasalhou, in the presence of office bearers of KTCRC women department and all the believers of God. Azono Lcho led the programme and the Jubilee Choir presented a special song “Kuokelie pfhe.”
The eleven churches under Kohima Town Christian Revival attended the occasion. The churches include, CRC Tsiepfütsiepfhe, CRC AG Road, CRC Lerie, CRC Merhülietsa, CRC Central, UCRC New Market, CRC Rukabozou, CRC Bayavü, CR Mission Church, CRC T. Khel Model village and Bethesda CRC.
