Apropos the news item “Konyak territory cannot be used as a safe haven: KU” published on October 22, Konyak Union (KU) said the last para should be read as “…Free Movement Regime (FMR) along Indo-Myanmar border which exists should be extended/expanded beyond the existing areas/belt so as to facilitate proper health issues and for social and cultural bonding with our Konyak brethren living beyond the border” and not as published, KU general secretary Wango Konyak stated.
