Kuda Village ‘B’ Khel Council while condemning the SBI ATM robbery at Kuda B jurisdiction on February 20, 2025, has appealed to the law enforcing agency that the progress of the investigation be made public.
In a press release, chairman of the council, Ketusilie Sakhrie said there was no recovery of the Rs. 25 lakh stolen nor the arrest of any culprits despite of substantial evidence.
Therefore, the council said the incidents has raised several questions- how the culprits could identify that the particular ATM has stock of money? Why such a large amount of money replenished in the area which might not have heavy transaction? Did the said ATM earlier registered similar transaction of heavy amount or was it a standard cash replenishment? Was there any connection among bank staff and culprits so as to prompt culprits to prospect accurately? and what was the latest update of investigation from the police? The council further assured of their assistance, if required, to nab any criminal elements under its jurisdiction.
