Konyak Union Naginimora (KUN) has unanimously decided to allow the state government conduct the elections to Town Council.
The decision to this effect was made during a meeting held under the aegis of KUN on December 1.
In a joint statement issued by KUN president Chingyong Konyak; Head GB, Henpong; GBs– Shangyo, Longme, Chingyong, Methna and Wankem urged the concern department to conduct the Town Council elections at the earliest.
