Kuzhami Union Kohima (KUK) on Saturday celebrated Tsiikhenyie festival-cum- 8th general session at Kisama.
Gracing the occasion as special guest, Dr. Neisatuo Mero MLA encouraged the union to maintain the spirit of oneness. He also called upon the people to reason together and forge peaceful co-existence. Director, Tourism Veyielo Doulo encouraged the congregation to take new venture through Tsiikhenyie and wished them successful journey in life.

Neilhipe Mero, convenor Nomination Committee announced KUK’s new team of office bearers for the tenure 2024-2026 led by Issac Losou as president.
Rev. Khrotso Mero, former executive secretary Chakhesang Baptist Church Council said the act of blessings. The programme was chaired by KUK general secretary Isaac Losou while KUK finance secretary Weprepe Mero delivered vote of thanks. The festival was also marked by tug of war and Tsiikhenyie feast.
