KVC prohibits sale of Pork/Pig under Kuda Village

DIMAPUR: In the recent spate of African Swine Fever (ASF) spread over eight districts in the state, including Dimapur, Kuda Village Council (KVC) has notified that sale or transport of pork/pigs shall stand prohibited under the KVC jurisdiction with immediate effect until further notice.
KVC informed that the ban was enforced in the interest of health and safety concerns for citizens and public within KVC jurisdiction.
