KVK Mon, Peren conduct trainings

Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Mon conducted farmers’ trainings and farmers-scientist interaction programme on November 27-29 at Aopao, Angjangyang and Sowa Changle villages. A press release by KVK Mon stated that during the course of training, topics on income generations through backyard poultry farming, improved agricultural practices for doubling farmers’ income were covered. The resource persons, ACTO (PBG) Dr. M.S. Sachan and ACTO (Ani.Sc.), Dr. Paihem Michui during farmers- scientist interaction highlighted different aspects of crops and livestock sectors. 

KVK Peren, Jalukie: Three-day training on “poultry rearing and management” under Tribal Sub Plan was organised by ICAR, KVK Peren on November 28-30 at KVK office, Jalukie. During the technical session, resource persons Dr L. Babita, Z. James Kikon, Dr Patu K. Zeliang, Dr Ebibeni Ngullie, Dr Imtiwati, Dr Shyamananda and Dr O. Kurien delivered lectures on various topics related to poultry farming and management.
