KVK Zunheboto Nagaland University conducted a day long programme at Aotsakilimi village, Atoizu block in Zunheboto district on December 18.
In the programme, farmers were sensitized on the importance of “jai kisan jai vigyan” where Sr. Scientist and head, Dr. Rakesh Kumar Chaurasia explained in detail about Choudhary Charan Singh who played an important role in reformation of Indian agriculture and Atal Bihari Vajpayee who did the pokhran test.
An interactive programme was conducted related to agriculture and allied subjects. Altogether 30 farmers participated in the programme.
