KVYO elects new team for 2026-28

KOHIMA, MAY 23 (NPN): Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) has elected a new team of office bearers for the tenure 2026–2028, led by Mhasimhalie Matthew Yhome as president.
The change of guard programme was held on May 22 at KVYO Conference Hall, Ziekezou. Outgoing Games & Sports Secretary, Viliebeizo Liezietsu, chaired the programme, while invocation was pronounced by Rev. Atuo Whuorie, pastor of Baptist Mission Church.
Outgoing president Er. Medozhazo Rutsa delivered a speech, treasurer’s report was presented by Ketholhoutuo Belho, and secretary’s report was delivered by Neikehetuo Kire. Exhortation was given by vice chairman of Kohima Village Council, Zeneizo Rutsa.
The new office bearers were declared by convenor of the nomination committee, Vituonyü Khezhie, while incoming president Yhome gave a short speech.
