Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) has informed that the construction of road, culverts, retaining walls and clearing of drainages from Pezielietsie to BSF camp, Keyake road, Kohima has commenced.
In this regard, KVYO publicity cell has directed all house owners and residents from Pezielietsie junction till Lower L. Khel to clear all materials from the road within 24 hours from the date of this notification and from Ziekezou/DBHSS junction till Keyake/BSF camp/Medical College road before June 25.
Any uncleared property will be removed and disposed without locating, contacting or compensating the owners, KVYO cautioned.
It also informed that no vehicle would be allowed to be parked overnight from 7 pm till 5 am along the stretch of road till further notice.
Defaulting vehicles would be towed away by construction company and vehicle owners will have to bear the charges for it, the organisation warned.
It further informed that the company would not be held accountable for any damage while towing or loss of vehicle from the re-located zones.
