Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner Dimapur has informed all employers/proprietors of shops and commercial establishments under Chümoukedima and Dimapur districts to renew/ register their shops, as per Sec. 36 Registration and Renewal of shops and Commercial establishments under Nagaland Shops and Establishment Act 1986, on or before March 31, 2024. In a notification, the office said that any shop/commercial establishment found operating without valid certificate would be penalized as per the provision.
