Land Records & Survey department bids farewell

The department of Land Records & Survey (DLR&S), Nagaland, Dimapur, bade farewell to two of its retiring officers, additional director, Vilarietuo Kire and joint director, Neilhoutsu Teruno, on April 30 at Directorate Conference Hall.

A press release from the directorate stated that the outgoing officers shared experiences and achievements of their service and thanked the department for their cooperation and support throughout their tenures. They also thanked district officers who had come from their respective district offices to attend the program and extended their wishes to the department.

A speech on behalf of the department was delivered by DLR&S director, E.N. Kithan, who thanked the retiring officers for their valuable services and wished them a happy and peaceful retired life.

Short speeches were delivered by registrar, Tsanthungo on behalf of ministerial staff and LR&SO Zunheboto, Merenkaba on behalf of district officers & staff.

The program was chaired by L. Khuming, who also delivered a welcome note; the invocation was said by account officer, Limatemsu; and a vote of thanks was proposed by deputy director, Khunenchu Magh; followed by a mass benediction.
