Ambassador of Latvia to India, Artis Bertulis and his wife Esmeralda Bertulis will be arriving Dimapur on Sunday. Embassy of Latvia in India in collaboration with Hope Centre for Excellence, Patkai Christain College & Associate Board of Royal School of Music (ABRSM) will be conducting choral master classes & concert in Dimapur on February 10 and 12, where the ambassador would be attending, accompanied by Latvian conductors Janos Ozols and Laura Jekabsone.
