LCC as colony apex body

Landmark Colony Council (LCC) Dimapur has informed all Landmark Colony residents that as per council meeting resolutions held on April 19, LCC has been declared as the parent/apex body of all existing organizations, associations or clubs. 

A press release from LCC chairman S Bendang Ao and joint secretary Lanuzulu stated that, all existing NGOs within the jurisdiction of the Landmark Colony Dimapur have been asked to be subordinate to the LCC.
It also stated that in the interested of the general public, all colony residents have been requested to comply that no individual or agency will be allowed/authorised to issue any kind of certificate (s) related to temporary/permanent residential proof, identity proof or any kind of official recommendation in the name of LCC. Such recommendations or certificate will be issued only by the chairman of LCC. 
It also informed that no union, association, society and organization will be allowed to form/establish without the prior approval or permission of the LCC. 
Council has also advised all existing union, association, society and organisation within the colony to perform their activities as per the directive of LCC. 
Furthermore, LCC has cautioned that befitting punishment will be to awarded to defaulter (s) as per the constitution of LCC.
