LCN condemns killing of Abonmai

Liangmai Council Nagaland (LCN) has strongly condemned the killing of former president of Zeliangrong Baudi (AMN) Athuan Abonmai, who was reportedly abducted and killed on September 22.

In a condemnation note, LCN president Khenglu stated that the “despicable act of brutality on an innocent life at this age was intolerable and should be condemned by all.”

The council appealed to the law enforcing agencies to leave no stone unturned in investigating the matter and punish the culprit befittingly.

Further, the council also extended condolences to the bereaved family.
