Lecture on ‘India-Norway relations’ in Hollotoli School

A lecture on “India-Norway relations” was organized by Hollotoli School, Dimapur with by ambassador of Norway Nils Ragnar Kamsvag, Wednesday at Dimapur.
In the programme, Kamsvag based his lecture on the facts of Norway, climatic conditions, economy, culture and political system of Norwegians pointing out the similarity of India and Norway.
He also deliberated on the significance of Norwegians and added that since both the countries are interdependent they should build the future together.
During the interactive session, he said that Nagaland has colourful variation of culture which should be preserved and maintained.  Kamsvag also interacted with the students wherein the latter asked queries relevant to the lecture.
The programme highlighted folk dance by Hollotoli School cultural troupe and Music by Nagagenous.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by school principal Allin Benjamin and vote of thanks was delivered by PGT, political science, Alok Kumar Satapathy
The programme was also attended by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur, Kesonyü Yhome, SDEO (civil) Moa Sangtam, Nils Ragnar Kamsvag and his wife, parents, teachers and students of the school.
