The Christian Education Ministry of Marepkong Baptist Arogo conducted a two-day life skill development programme on October 1 and 2, aimed at equipping children aged 9 to 15 with practical skills to help them prepare for the future.
The main objectives of the training aimed to address issues like unemployment and limited job opportunities.
During the programme, participants were given hands-on training in accessories making, crochet, wooden artifacts and sewing.
The initiative was headed by the Christian Education Director, Imnaienla, with instructors drawn from Christian educators and two church members. In total, 82 children participated, guided by 15 teachers throughout the sessions.
