Lions Club of Dimapur Elite inaugurates drinking water project

DIMAPUR: Lions Club of Dimapur (LCD) Elite inaugurated a permanent drinking water project under its flagship service initiative “Sarv Jeev Sewa” on May 3 at Shani Mandir, Old Daily Market. The project was executed under the leadership of Meena Sethi, with project chairperson Poonam Jain.
In a press release, PRO & editor Sakshi Binaykia stated that the initiative, carrying forward the message “Clean Water is the Mark of a Healthy Life,” aims to provide safe and accessible drinking water to the public, benefiting devotees, residents, vendors and visitors, including those at Sanjay Surgicare Hospital.
The event was graced by lifestyle and fashion content creator Shradha Jain Tongya, Mrs. India (3rd Place) and Social Media Queen title holder, as chief guest. The occasion was also honoured by the presence of Dr. B.K. Sethi and GST Coordinator Neeta Agarwal. The Club expressed gratitude to sponsors Sarita Jain Tongya and Anil Jain Tongya for their valuable contribution and support towards the noble cause.
