Women and youth organizations of Lower Jail Colony (LJC) Panchayat Kohima, have resolved to uphold and maintain peace and unity among the residents during a joint meeting of the colony held on May 12. In a press release, LJC chairman Chayazo Kehie and general secretary Adi Sothu stated that in view of the resolution, people involved in anti-social and anti-peaceful activities would not be allowed to reside in the colony. It was also resolved to advise house owners of the colony not to keep such tenants.
