Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection Department (LM&CP) department has informed that Justice Hukato Swu has taken charge of the Nagaland State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (State Commission) office in the presence of the LM&CP department joint controller & HoD, K. Takeeth Imchen.
In a press release, LM&CP department has informed that Justice Hukato Swu, who is also the president of the Nagaland State Consumer Disputes Redressal, has assured to take up all consumer cases currently filed and pending vigorously. The release stated that Justice Swu has sought cooperation from all district consumer forum offices and assured the citizens that consumer cases will be heard timely without fail.
