In a notable achievement for the District Health Society Mokokchung, Longkong Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) has been awarded the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification, recognising its excellence and commitment to high-quality healthcare delivery.
The certification was granted following an external assessment conducted by empanelled assessors on August 30, 2025. NQAS is awarded to public health facilities that meet rigorous benchmarks in service quality, infrastructure, and patient care.
This milestone reflects the dedication and hard work of the healthcare staff, ASHAs, stakeholders, and the Health Centre Management Committee (HCMC), whose collective efforts ensured compliance with national standards.
