A Special Operation Team (SOT), Longleng district under the supervision of OC PS Longleng while conducting MVCP near Dikhu bridge arrested one Kumar Thapa on charges of possessing around 42 grams of suspected brown sugar on December 16.
According to SP Longleng, on checking his vehicle (white Terrano B/regt No. NL 07C9822), the team recovered six soap cases of the suspected brown sugar from a false fuel tank.
In this connection, OC PS Longleng registered a case at Longleng police station under NDPS Act for further investigation.
